Refund Policy

Subscriptions 

You may cancel your Subscription for a full refund within five (5) calendar days of your initial purchase, BUT ONLY IF NO USAGE OF OUR SERVICES OCCURED IN YOUR ACCOUNT DURING THAT FIVE (5) DAY GRACE PERIOD, ANY USAGE WILL REVOKE YOUR ALIGABILITY FOR REFUND. AFTER THAT, YOUR PURCHASE IS FINAL AND YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CANCEL THE PURCHASE AND/OR RECEIVE A REFUND OF YOUR SUBSCRIPTION FEE AT ANY TIME. But if something unexpected happens in the course of completing a transaction, we reserve the right to cancel your transaction for any reason; if we cancel your transaction we will refund any payment you have already remitted to us for such transaction. Without limiting the foregoing, you may cancel your Subscription at any time, but please note that such cancellation will be effective at the end of the then-current Subscription period. EXCEPT AS SET FORTH ABOVE WITH RESPECT TO YOUR INITIAL SUBSCRIPTION PURCHASE, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND OF ANY PORTION OF THE SUBSCRIPTION FEE PAID FOR THE THEN CURRENT SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD AT THE TIME OF CANCELLATION. To cancel, you can send an email to cancel@Moonoo.ai. You will be responsible for all Subscription Fees (plus any applicable taxes and other charges) incurred for the then-current Subscription period. If you cancel, your right to use the Services will continue until the end of your then current Subscription period and will then terminate without further charges.

On-Demand Token Packs

Moonoo.ai may offer users the ability to purchase on-demand token packs either as standalone purchases or as supplemental token allocations in addition to an existing subscription plan. Upon successful purchase, the applicable tokens shall be credited to the user's account and may be used in accordance with these Terms. All purchases of on-demand token packs are final and non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law. Tokens acquired through an on-demand token pack shall remain valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase, after which any unused tokens shall automatically expire and be forfeited without compensation, refund, or credit. Moonoo.ai reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the availability of on-demand token packs at any time, subject to applicable law and the continued validity of tokens already purchased.
