Subscription token cycles
Subscription tokens are designed for use within the active billing cycle. In the default setup, unused subscription tokens do not carry over to the next billing cycle and may expire at the end of the subscription period.
One-time packs
If you need extra flexibility, you can purchase one-time token packs. These packs can help cover a temporary usage increase without changing your subscription plan. One-time token packs are 12 month valid from the date of purchase.
Plan ahead
For best results, plan larger generation tasks around your billing cycle. If you expect a heavy production sprint, consider purchasing an additional token pack before starting the work.
Questions about expiration
If you are not sure whether a specific token grant should expire, open a ticket and include the plan name, purchase date, and workspace name.
