Payment confirmation
When you complete a PayPal checkout, PayPal sends confirmation back to moonoo.ai. moonoo.ai then updates the relevant payment record and applies the purchased tokens or subscription status to your workspace.
Token packs
For one-time token packs, the tokens are added to the workspace balance after the payment is captured successfully. The balance is associated with the workspace, not only with the individual page where you started checkout.
Subscriptions
For subscriptions, moonoo.ai records the subscription status and the number of tokens included in the cycle. Renewal events may update the subscription period and add tokens according to the plan configuration.
When to contact support
If PayPal shows a completed payment but moonoo.ai does not update your account, open a ticket. Provide the PayPal transaction ID, the package or plan name, your workspace name, and the approximate payment time.
