Where to look
Your available token balance is usually shown in the app top bar, Pricing area, Tokens page, or billing/settings screens. The balance belongs to the current workspace, so make sure you are viewing the correct workspace if you manage more than one.
Understanding usage
Token usage is connected to AI actions such as strategy creation, concept generation, asset generation, and regeneration. Some systems also keep transaction records for purchases, usage, adjustments, refunds, and subscription grants.
If the balance looks wrong after a purchase or generation, do not keep repeating the same action. Open a ticket and include the workspace name, action, time, expected balance, and any payment reference.
