Use individual accounts
Each person should use their own moonoo.ai account. Shared logins make it harder to understand activity, manage permissions, and secure access when someone leaves the team.
Protect sensitive information
Do not store passwords, private payment details, or confidential credentials inside brand descriptions, prompts, assets, or support tickets. moonoo.ai only needs marketing context, not secrets.
Review access regularly
Periodically review who has access to the workspace. Remove inactive users and keep billing permissions limited to the people who need them.
Use support safely
When opening a ticket, include enough context to troubleshoot the issue, but do not include full credit card numbers, passwords, API secrets, or private credentials.
