Tokens are the usage unit moonoo.ai uses for AI actions. Different actions require different amounts of tokens because they use different models, different amounts of context, and different levels of processing. For example, a simple text asset may require fewer tokens than a full strategy, a visual concept, or a complex asset generation flow.
What affects token usage?
Tokens are calculated by action type, selected model, and content complexity. The system may also consider the amount of brand context, campaign context, audience information, and the expected output size. Longer or more complex requests usually require more processing and therefore may require more tokens.
How do I know the cost before running an action?
At each step, moonoo.ai should inform you about the required number of tokens needed to complete the action you want to carry out. Review that number before confirming the generation. If you do not want to spend the tokens, cancel the action before submitting it.
What should I do if the number looks wrong?
If a token estimate seems incorrect, refresh the page and try again. If the issue continues, open a support ticket and include the action name, brand, campaign, and screenshot of the estimate so the team can review it.
